An Arrest Is Not a Conviction

Colorado records may later be corrected or sealed, while expungement applies chiefly to juvenile and limited statutory records. Verify a disposition through Montezuma Combined Courts, MCSO Records, or CBI before relying on an older copy.
Treat every record you find as a starting point, not a verdict. Only the originating agency can confirm what a record currently says and whether it is still releasable.

Nothing here is an official record. Confirm a court date, warrant, custody status, or registry listing with its custodian: MCSO, Montezuma Combined Courts, CBI, or the Colorado Sex Offender Registry. Only the issuing office can provide an official or certified copy. Court access is governed by Chief Justice Directive 05-01, while sheriff criminal-justice records fall under CCJRA.
