Why We Built This Site
Colorado does not place every criminal record in one database. MCSO Records releases sheriff reports, booking reports, and incarceration histories, while Montezuma Combined Courts keeps complaints, registers of action, dispositions, and sentence orders. CBI operates the Internet Criminal History Check for Colorado name searches, and the free Judicial Branch docket is only a hearing calendar. We bring the verified contacts, fees, limits, and request steps together so those distinct sources are easier to use without mistaking one for another.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It is not connected to Montezuma County, any Colorado court, MCSO, a police department, or CBI. Those boundaries mean:
- We cannot run an official background check or pull a criminal record for anyone
- We cannot file sealing petitions, juvenile expungement papers, records requests, or other documents for you
- We cannot issue certified copies of any criminal record, court document, or rap sheet
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific charge or case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the record custodian, such as MCSO, Montezuma Combined Courts, or CBI, can issue an official copy or confirm its current status.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. They control their services, prices, matching methods, and results. We may receive a referral fee when a visitor follows one of those tools to a paid service, which supports free access to the reference material. A partner result is not an official Montezuma County or Colorado record and must be checked with the office that created the source record.
